Description

1. Similarly to a slip on flange but the bore is threaded.
2. Flanges application:-

• Attached by screwing to threaded pipe ends without welding
• Used in low pressure services at ordinary atmospheric temperatures and in highly explosive areas where welding caused a hazard.
